I’m Lachauna and I’m a Marriage Strategist, Civil Rights Attorney, and Speaker who specializes in educating and equipping Black men and women with the skills to build a healthy marriages and families. I’m a master in teaching practical relationship building strategies and I believe that we each have the power to create the life and marriage we desire.
I’m the founder of Mrs. Mommy Esquire, LLC and creator of “A Well Planned Wife” planners. I’m a trained Gottman Leader on the 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work and have a certificate in Positive Psychology Personal Development Coaching through Valorie Burton’s Coaching Training Intensive Program.
As a mother of three (#TwinMom) and a wife of 8 years, I’ve had my fair share of challenges with navigating marriage and motherhood as a career woman. After spending years of harboring resentment, I finally realized that the change I was seeking in my marriage started within myself. Now, I’m on a mission to empower other couples on how to tap into the strategies necessary to have a healthy marriage and family.
I’ve been featured in digital magazine, “Shoutout Atlanta” and have served as a speaker for several motherhood empowerment organizations. Some of my pervious speaking engagements include topics such as “Balancing Partnership and Parenting” and “Sex and the Super Mom.”
I’m a proud HBCU graduate from Clark Atlanta University, I eared my law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and I’m a graduate of Marshawn Evans-Daniels Speaking and Coaching Accelerator Program.
